Someone cheated me on here, i payed $35 for a license and hasnt given me anything(vbulletin license) What can i do? I opened a paypal dispute and he probably wouldnt care if his account got suspended through here(banned)because hes still new with little as three posts What can I do guys?
For most $35 is not to much. I saw the thread of the person selling it, it was so risky buying it seeing it wasn't in the Marketplace Area, there was no iTrader and he was a new member. Also the price seemed wrong as well. There is not much you can do, report him and see how your PayPal Dispute goes. Best of Luck getting your Money back! He could do that, but there is not much worth, he was doing the trades out of the MarketPlace, where no one can see the iTrader, from just looking at the profile on the Screen.
Always look at the user's profile before dealing with him/her. I guess there's not much you can do now..
Not much you could do now. Take it as a lesson for future trades with other people. Always research before making a trade, and don't trust everyone on sight. Give him a - iTrader and state the reason there aswell, let's hope other people won't fall for his scams either.
his username is - YourSeller his paypal is - his msn is - DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, remember that info the funny thing is i added him on my other msn, and asked him if he had a vbulletin license for sell, he said he had a couple, gave me all the info for $35 bla bla bla, and than when i started cursing and asking him for a refund, he blocked me again
well, I would not buy anything, expecially on this forum, from someone who has less than 100 posts and I would check on others opinion too.
why you paid him 1st !! he dont have huge post or itrade. so be careful next time. just who is junior tell him that you are new and you have to complete the deal 1st.
You do understand posts have almost nothing to do with people being scammers, don't you ? Always check reputation and most importantly iTrader. For further research, search the person's past posts, to see what businesses he made with which people and feedbacks and so forth.
yes I did And for one, I didnt see what forum it was under, and never even looked at his posts. I guess this is a good experience, thank god it wasnt more money id die over, but now i know what to do thanks for your help guys P.S I hope the PayPal Dispute goes well, thanks!
the funny thing is, i wish he would have given me any license whether its fake or not so i can report his a*s, but he just blocked me!!
