Hi, My first thought is Ebay, or similar site. Online Auctions (#2 USA), CQ out (UK), or Tazbar (International) are some other auction sites. There are free auction sites but usually they lack traffic. There are numerous sites (use search box) that buy and sell domain names, but they will want to steal it, if they are interested at all. Use it to sell chess sets that have pieces resembling stars and celebrities? Wouldn't be hard to find the products, and I bet there's a few nutballs out there that would go nuts for a set of chess pieces that look like Paris Hilton or Britney Spears or Angolina Jolie...hell you could make famous couples sets (i.e. Angolina Jolie vs Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise vs Katie Holmes, etc). Could be fun
I would use it on ebay affiliate, and sell hollywood star things on ebay. Might get you some good money.
Depends how much work you want to put into it . I think the idea of selling Hollywood chess sets is clever but very niche. You could do something like Hot or Not where giving a thumbs up or down to certain celebs either turns them into a pawn or promotes them to a queen/king. Or you could have celeb gossip about people who basically prostitute themselves for good (or bad) press just to be famous. Or you could just try to sell it .
I thought of auctions when I saw it, maybe memorabilia from films and things, as that's what most associate with Hollywood. As mentos said, a gossip site would fit it well too, but personally I prefer the first idea...
