    Its depend upon your requirement, if you want to work o it you can make anything blog or a site or if you want to sell it then do the same.

    if you sell it undeveloped means less bucks.

    if you add content and get ranking, pagerank for it you may keep it and earn from it or sell for more.

    I don't know how much you'd get for that domain, but it's definitely a good blogging domain name. Have you considered creating a Wordpress site?
