Because I don't think anybody is going to play wet nurse with you to be honest, all the things you're after have been posted lots of times before. You'll most likely just get lost of obscure answers, with nothing really definitive in black and white from the posts within this thread.
If you only have $40, use that money to go to a nice restaurant. Believe it or not, there are some very powerful ways to start making great money fast without ever taking out a single red cent out of your pocket but obviously it takes some specialized knowledge and training.
