SEO and social networking are two good ways. If your trying make money then you have to look at the subject of your web site. What are you selling? Some things sell easily and others don't.
Article writing really works. Everyone enjoys reading informative articles about paranormal topics. Write a few hundred words here and there with variations of keywords and then submit the articles to article directories. Social bookmarking and networking are also good ideas.

You haven't actually told us what you are already doing to get traffic. However there is one thing that sticks out a mile. You are not updating regularly enough. To be honest, i read about a technique a while ago and every time i have tried it...it works. Just by writing a lot of content on a blog, social bookmarking and pinging, you will get a steady stream of traffic daily within a few weeks. My suggestions - write 5 articles a day. Add 3 to your blog and 2 to ezine articles. If you know your subject well and have researched it properly, this shouldn't take longer than an hour or 2 a day. Social Bookmark your blog posts at Digg, Propeller, StumbleUpon, Twitter, Mixx, Reddit & Delicious. That should take half and hour. Then ping your blog at ping-o-matic, pingoat & pingler. That will take 2 minutes. Try that for 2 weeks first and see what sort of results you're getting. If you are still not getting much traffic, then you should look further into keyword research! In order to write 5 a day I would def. have to write some articles that were words only. The reason I don't update a lot is that I'm afraid of running out of video and image content. I know that there is a TON of it out there but I try to be pickier than a lot of sites in the same genre.
Sure, i can understand that. How about picking some of the best stuff that is on the net. Then either link to that from one of your blog posts. Go to 3 decent sites in your niche a day and read some of their recent content and leave comments. From what you read, did that spark off anything in your own mind? Then just write about it! Have you thought about doing a video blog post. Kinda get your readers in the mood. I'm sure if you search hard enough, you will find a lot of decent stuff out there in your niche. Try all the search engines, not just google, for certain keyword phrases, but make them really really longtail, so it completely narrows down your search for more info. Have you tried to find forums in this niche, i'm pretty sure there will be some. If you do find a few, read through them and see what you come up with. Try viral marketing - perhaps if you've got a few really cool videos. Put them together into a short report. No more than say 7 pages with 5 or 6 videos. Leave a link to your blog on every page of your free report. Give it out free at relevant forums. Check Yahoo Answers and Wiki Answers for any relevant types of questions or discussions. Link to your freebie. Go to craiglist and pick one town a day every day for a month and paste up one of your articles with a link to your site and your free report. There's loads of stuff you can try, but the main thing is...You Need To Keep The Content Flowing! I was aware of most of these but a few of them I haven't head of before and I like them. Maybe when I find some time I'll try them out.
