What can I do to improve my site ranking on Google?

Okay, so I created a site for the keywords "free paypal money". I managed to get to the first page of Google within a week easily. Now, I want to become the first result soon but what's holding me back? The site that is first place for "free paypal money" has a PageRank of 0 and only 140 inbound links. I have no PageRank yet since my site is less than two weeks old and almost 200 inbound links after a week. I have a description and keywords but the first result doesn't. My Alxa Traffic Rank is 2,500,000 and the first result site is 3,200,000. Knowing all that, why am I not the first result? Can domain age be a factor? Thanks for reading and I really appreciate any feedback! :) My site is http://www.freepaypalmoney.org btw.

Take a look at the structure of the site that is in first place. Evaluate their inbound links. The key to moving ahead of a higher site is to replicate many of their factors but then also add in your own.

I'm not sure, but you may be overdoing the amount of times you have "Free Paypal Money" on your site. It's everywhere. I'd lower the percentage of times you place that keyword, as it may be given LESS weight if it's labeled as spamming for that keyword.

Second, on your home page make all of the outbound links "no follow" links, even the ones in the menu. Whenever you place an outbound link, even within your own site, you spread out the SEO value. Do you really want to spread SEO value to your "contact" page and so on? See how your competitor has only one page? All the backlinks are 100% giving value to that page only. All your links are probably getting their value spread out to the contact page, etc.

    1) make every outbound link on the homepage no follow
    2) make every link on the other pages no follow, EXCEPT when linking to the home page. Make the home page the focal point for all the SEO value.
    3) on the bottom of every page (except home page because theres no point) put a text link to the hompage with the keyword "Free Paypal Money"

You got a good domain for that keyword. Though only 27000 searches per month for that one (according to adwords). You shouldn't be repeating that title.

Your blog has 'free paypal money' around 15+ times, there is a thing called overdoing it. This looks like a case of keyword stuffing.

So much emphasis on making the outbound links to nofollow. Did you miss the boat when everyone else was mourning the passing away of nofollow attribute?

Yes, I did miss the boat. I got my information from StomperNet which I considered a reliable source! But things change so fast.

Do you have any advice on how to sculpt page rank internally without no follow? For instance, if I don't want my page rank to spill over from my home page to my contact page and so on, is that still possible?

    Thanks

Thanks for the replies! So basically I should consider using my keywords less on my site and copy what my competitors are doing for now. Should I still make my outbound links no-follow? If so, how would I do so on Dreamweaver? I'm new to this stuff.

The truth is, the whole "no follow" thing doesn't matter on a site that small. The no-follow and internal linking for spreading out PR really only applied to bigger websites with 1000's of pages. This is a second or third order concern. What's more important is to have a good site map and structure that makes sense to users and Googlebot.

Check out Matt Cutts blog post on "page rank scuplting" for a real detailed discussion.
