What can I do to get back in SERPs after some guy copied my site word for word?

Best thing to do is this case as I know someone who had this problem before and consulted with their legal consul. Their lawyers said that it was not worth to sue because to prove the case it would cost more money then they could receive maximum. They sent a cease and desist letter giving 1 weeks to take down content or further steps would be taken. Lets just say they took it down and ran off scared

 

Hi All,

I just sent a DCMA complaint to Google complaining about a website that is using main page content of my website and provided a backlink in return. Surprisingly, even though that website provided me a backlink it still beat my website in rankings on google.com.

I tried contacting the webmaster of that blog but received no reply. So I did a DCMA complaint. But I don't want to get into the trouble of going to court & suing etc...

I just want that content to be removed from that website or removed from google's index.

Really don't know what google will do next!
