You can make your own admin template in /administrator/templates/ and use that instead.

You can customize the admin template by editing its HTML and CSS.
Follow the instructions below to access the HTML and CSS of your admin template via the admin panel:

    1. In your admin panel, go to Extensions > Template Manager.
    2. At the top of that page, click on Administrator.
    3. Click on the name of your admin template. (The default is called Khepri in versions 1.5+)
    4. At the top right on this page, click on either Edit HTML or Edit CSS.

Alternatively, you can open and edit the HTML and CSS in an FTP program.

To save your time follow FTP programming ,which u will be doing online .. use html and css which is provided by joomla in default ,u just need to enter the codes into it and see how it works.....you can style ur pages according to ur clients ...be sure that if ur uploading any alternate images make sure it is present in your webroot folder...
