Yesterday i made a new account on moneybookers. Accidently entered the wrong name . and to try if it works i added my bank account too. then i emailed moneybookers waht can i do now. i recieved no reply. I made a new account with correct name and when now i try to add the bank account i get the error " Account already used " and it is already used by my previous account where name is incorrect. Please tell me the solution what can i do
You made one mistake that opened another account. You have to wait from their email reply regarding accidently entered wrong name is first account. Just send them all above details in brief through their contact page and you will get sure reply from them with its solution IMO.
I wouldn't suggest ya to open multiple accounts, email the support system there and discuss your problem, ask them for a solution.
there is no suport corner either . only email address i found to contact was in the contact link in the upper right corner then i clicked merchants/webmasters and got that email address
simply E-mail them and explain your problem they simply delete the old account and alow your to sign up again
