    hey john,
its simple, create an xml site map for your website, and submit it to your google web master tools

Na9endra is right, that is the quickest way to request Google to index your pages / posts.

While creating a website, we create a sitemap.XML file which is best to index all the pages of the website in the google. After website creation, we submit it in the Google Web Master tool for the indexing of website pages.

Ignore the XML sitemap garbage people are advocating, @drues1986 has the closest answer, though two minutes is excessively generous as typically its' more like two to three days REGARDLESS of what you tell them.

IF your title tag is correctly formed, and your document is corectly formed, and all your pages are properly cross-linked, an XML sitemap is redundant nonsense that only snake oil peddlers and the folks silly enough to believe them promote.

There ARE some HTML flubs that can cause a page to fail to index properly, but we'd have to see the site in question to say if you have those or not.

You can use the SITEMAP to index your website. Also, you can use the FETCH AS GOOGLE option for index your pages in less than 2 minute!
