I just buy some gift card before, I found I cannot buy most things on Ebay use the US paypal verified accounts without AVS. Could anybody tell me what other things I can buy except Gift card, the thing can be sold as cash ( just like gift card) or game code. What I can buy online and can be cash out? Help me!!!!!! Thx~~~
