well its pritty simple. first of all , you must write your own articles yourself or put someone to do this because if you copy paste its the content from another website you will get penalised BIG TIME - low verry low visitators. second you must have decend traffic , decent traffic = decent income . have a good seo submit a sitemap to google webmaster submit your pages into digg , del.icio.us or ezinearticles and soo on....
Man, this question is asked everyday. Use search, read sticky's in Adsense forum. Otherwise, you'll learn nothing and you will fail.
Could be anything. I personally like niches that are not fully established yet and I am talking about making a website around an upcoming product like a tv show, game or something similar. The reason for that is because when the show has not yet started the competition for the show name keyword is still relatively easy to rank for. Once that show hits tv and everyone starts searching for it, guess where your site will be? Up there in the top 10. Just research as much as possible about the upcoming product and write everything you know/learn about it. Don't copy other people's content though. Paraphrase it if you have to. Also make sure to buy a domain with the upcoming product name in the domain. Age and domain keywords are very easy ways to rank.
Good content for AdSense? Hmm.. Contents that will make visitors want to visit your site everyday. Contents that are rich with high-paying AdSense keywords (SpyFU Dot Com has some good list). Contents that are original (not entirely true since some sites made a lot of money from copied articles). If you can do all three, you are good to go! Good luck!
Depends on what you mean by good contents for adsense..? Do you mean what pays well or what will fit the adsense program? The answer to the second question is that adsense is very good at finding relevant ads for just about any topic, so it doesn't really matter what content you have - you'll get the ads with adsense. Of course there are those who would say that you should make a site about high paying topics, but if it means that you have to make a site about something you are not interested in, and know nothing about, you won't get any quality traffic to that site. To make money you'll need lots of traffic, and to get traffic you have to offer something of value. Find a topic that you are interested in and know a lot about and make a site about it.
