Few weeks I have told you that I have withdraw from paypal some money to my Credit card account which was closed by the bank don't know why; though I have ignored from the bank a letter in which they told me that the relation between us will be closed, reasons : some articles, from their General Business Condition of Affairs for physique people, specified in the letter that I have received in May and debated with a friend of mine who is lawyer and told me that there is no specified reason for closing my account. More the money should have returned in my Paypal account since the withdraw was made on 8 July. I have contacted Paypal three times, they have made research on my transaction and provided me a trace of my number, which my bank don't know what to do with it, more no transaction could've been made since the account was closed. WHY THE MONEY ARE NOT BACK YET, this is my question...?? When i go to the bank they told me that there is no transaction or any expected money, or something like that to my account because was closed in MAY, when I call Paypal they say to me that nothing can be made more just to give the trace result to the bank, but is a big number and the employees don't know what it is. PLEASE tell me what to do..
This is gross inefficiency on part of your bank and PayPal, PayPal is solely responsible for the money they have transferred, At the same time your bank should have the information for the credits they are receiving, I suggest you to speak with one of the PayPal executives on the phone that would expedite your issue and a proper solution can be attained. Which country you are from ? ( Never heard of banks being so uncooperative )
There's invoices and loans on the bank's minds. Transaction stuff is held by a specially trained peoples that are tombed in bank's office walls for a life - and it's hard to get to them. Eventually, it results to a need of *very* clever speaking to get a stupid SWIFT code from any Russian's bank. Paypal should not give out transaction's number because no industry standart serves the customers here. It doesn't helped you, so you should make the Paypal to workout this case. But... try contacting your bank again, asking for another person.
