I am already ranking very well for low traffic very niche keywords like we buy houses new york, we buy houses bronx, sell house cash, sell house cash new york for my local area.... etcccc

Now I do not know if i am a good candidate for ppc even if I go with 300.00 for a monthly budget plus the fee for ppc management which is separate fee ....... if i am already seo'd for all my local keywords and i have this covered and ranking well for them but getting little calls from them .......and if use these same keywords in ppc i am already ranking for them so it is waste and have to find other keywords to get traffic from to generate leads

I need to know if I can generate 2 to 4 leads per day from adwords to make it worth my while for my area, my immediate area is nyc but if there is not enough traffic that i can get from llocal targeted ppc kw's in nyc then i would have to target other areas like westchester county , parts of connecticut and new jersey ....i assume unless i go generic and try to pick up kws i did not consider or not ranking well for in seo for my website

Can this be found out if it is worth while for me to persue this adwords campaign maybe i should be doing direct mail instead i am confused .... so what can a ppc do, what research would it take to find out if this is really worth it for me or not

What would be the process that a ppc consultant must go through to find out if it is woth it for me to run a adwords campaigns and what tools can a ppc consultant use to find out

I am not sure if my goals are reseasonable but I am targeting a 100 leads per month........." but i would need a minimum of 25 leads per month "............can one do research to find out if i can generate 50 leads for my area monthly ?

it all depends on your budget and your landing page, if its not converting even a 5 lead per month might be harder, if its converting 25 Leads a day is not a big deal to break in even.

you said you are ranking well for SEO. what's the conversion ratio?are you tracking something ? any research one would do will be a generic guess in that niche. for example one can say - you will be paying 4$ for a click with a 2% convert rate that means you will get XX number of leads for XXX investment. now you find out whether you are profitable in that much or not. if yes then keep it running if not then probally PPC is not for you (For me, yet to find anyone which is not profitable in PPC, Leave the penny products).

your best bet would be to put a small investment and get in with PPC. See what you get, see the number of leads you are getting and accordingly increase / decrease your budget.

One final tip : i see you have asked lots of questions. you should consult with a pro and discuses your needs and clear your doubts if you can afford to pay some $$. not for managing your accuont but to understand your situation and do some tests for you with you.
