what building a webpage for someone can you restister the domain?

    When registering a .ca domain it makes you accept a agreement from the government. Will the company I am making the web page for have to accept that agreement not me?

    The owner of the domain accepts the agreement. May be it's better to inform the company about it or tell the company to register the domain .
