What Broadband Service do you use in Hyderabad

Hey Guys,

I am running in to a lot of problems with Sify since the last week, so want an opinion on what internet broadband service are you using in Hyderabad. ?

 

Wow so sify sucks everywhere lol i thought only in pune try airtel broadband

 

I use Airtel 2 Mbps and also have Hathway 512 Kbps connection,both are good.Sify and Tata Indicom sucks in Hyderabad.

Where do u stay in hyderabad,lets meet sometime.

lolz getjimmy , i am using Tata indicom from one year.

it is pretty good, they prices might be high but customer care and speed is goos .

Actugally i depends on the area in which we stay in hyd .

Hi Jimmy, I re-applied & got 2mbps BSNL Broadband today and so far it is doing good. I am Sify as a backup now.

Also let's plan a meetup. Can you please add me on Yahoo.

Actually Tata Indicom is good, but they are not available in my area so have cannot choose Airtel, Reliance and Tata

 

I used Hathway and had a terrible experience with them. Presently using Relaince NetConnect but it has a download limit.

are you also from Hyderabad, I had Reliance Net Connect which I had to disconnect last month as it just did not worked for me.

I am from Mumbai and use Reliance Broadband (Wimax), it rocks for me.

 

Yes Amit, i am also from Hyderabad.
Reliance provided me 2 months of free usage and upto 10 GB download, the speed is very good but i am using it as a backup.

What does BSNL charge monthly for a 2MBPS, is it an unlimited package?

 

I got cooperate connection,2 MBPS and has a 15 GB limit/month,it cost 1200,but here in my area Hathway connection works fine.

How do u disconnect? Did they refund your modem charge of 3500 or what?

BSNL (512KBPS - 2MBPS) with 10 GB download limit is be 1800 RS.

They don't refund anything. I have the modem wasted right now.

BSNL is the government owned and hence it is cheap and best. If they improve their customer care, they can do still better business.

Airtel has launched a new Broadband dats in Advertisemenys on T.v now a days with 16 mbps speed why dont you have a try on it

I know Sify sucks and does not even have a 512 Kbps day time, but I am stuck as it is the only other option for me apart from BSNL.

 

i am using bsnl broadband and am from hyderabad.i never had any problems with my broadband.i have 750 unlimited plan.
