I recommend PHP and MySQL Web Development (4th Edition) (Developer's Library)

the PHP5 for Dummies is also pretty good. I started reading it, then dropped it and went to learn it. but I think the one kusal recommended is the one you should buy. I can guarantee you, you won't read the entire book. You just need something good enough to get you started and then something you can always use as a reference.

I would recommend the last one, the books explains everything very well.
    The book is :
PHP 6 and MySQL 5 for Dynamic Web Sites: Visual QuickPro Guide $29.69 is by Harry Ullman and i recommend it!

I read Larry Ullman's PHP AND MySQL - Visual Quickstart Guide.

    It is easy to understand.

So, choose the 3rd in your list. That should be Larrry Ullman's if I am not mistaken :p
