    Well i want to make a blog where i can post articles. But i want to like give other account like admin permission so they can post articles on my blog too.

    If you use www.blogger.com you can add as many authors as you like. Each author just needs a user account with blogger.

    Wordpress will also allow you to have as many guest bloggers as you like.

    im a wordpress fan as well...and I highly recommend using wordpress
