I think Try Your Local Bank. They Sometimes have small business accounts that you can set up. They sometimes offer CC processing to accept payments from your customers. Hope this helps!

Paypal is significantly more accepted, but we've seen GCO pick up a lot over the past 6 months. My recommendation is normally, use a traditional merchant account for credit card acceptance, and accept at least paypal as an alternative. There's a number of people who refuse to use paypal, and a number that will only use it, so it should definitely be an option. If you sell B2B at all, credit card acceptance is essential, and most websites find that the majority of their customers still prefer to pay directly with their credit card and not use paypal or GCO.

I personally prefer paypal and only use that form of payment online. So I would recommend you stick with paypal.

We use both paypal and google checkout. I've noticed that more and more people are starting to use google checkout however paypal is still the most used payment processor in our online business.

It depends of where you are from, if from the U.S.A than most of the above answers will work Bank, PayPal, or G-Checkout.
If you are looking to support the Global Community and don't believe in Protectionism then I suggest either AlertPay.com or liqpay.com, there are others but those allow 99% of Global users to join and make purchases And Receive money. PayPal and G-Checkout Do Not Do This!

How do you guys deal with 21-day holds? They basically told me since my items range from 800-5000 dollars that eventually(probably first order) are going to stop me and require deliver of goods prior to giving me MY money. Not possible when im drop shipping this stuff.

Considering Paypal comes with decent support, I'd prefer that over Google Check-out, which of course is heavily abused.

PayPal definitely by far but check as well what the Merchant rates are (i.e. Authorize.Net) before setting up a Merchant Account with your bank or another financial institution.
