    hey mind tricks, its important to have various payment options, secure checkout and great support.
    having online live chat is good too.

    also try to have zoom feature for products!

    these features are most important but you cannot ignore the site design and product search and product recommendation feature. and you can start affiliate system like amazon and ebay for more promotion...
