What banks lend money in the Bahamas

I have a couple of real estate projects in the Bahamas for a customer of mine. He is looking for funding for these projects. We are looking for a bank that could lend over $30 million. Local banks we've found find this to be too big of a project. Wondered if anyone can recommend a bank or two that a) fund projects in the Bahamas and b) fund projects of that size. Thanks!!

 

The Bank of Nova Scotia is where most of my former clients went to on any of the islands in that part of the world.
