So all of you SEO pro's are saying publish articles, write articles, throw them on article sites and get your backlinks. Maybe I'm looking at the term article wrong - im thinking of like a newspaper article, except in online form. For someone who is running a Web Design site, what the heck articles would I write? I know my coding well enough to create a site, but not enough to write an article on anything, at least not that anyone would want to read. So what do you suggest to generate backlinks and "popularity" for google? am I looking at "article" wrong? P.S I just discovered this forum a few days ago and absolutely love it, very helpful, thank you guys!
You should look at it from a buyer's point of view. You might want to write articles about how to choose a web design firm, why hire a web designer etc etc. You can even hire a freelance writer to write the article for you
