    Unless you have someone doing the posting for you, or subscribe to a srvice it's a waste of time to post to every directory under the sun.

    People have identified the usual suspects - ezinearticles, goarticles...one technique is to download the alexa toolbar and only target directories that have a suitably high alexa traffic rank.
