    It differs for each and every publisher, but for me Canada , Australia, Iceland, Italy and India are highest paying after USA and UK

    it really depend on the bid. i found that my top pay country normally are US, Canada, Australia, Italy and Germany

    Without them Canada, Australia, South Africa, Netherlands and India.
