I just stumbled over this nifty tool, which will tell you all the url's where your content has been copied or displayed. The problem with this tool is that it is in German! Another is , which describes the word frequency and other interesting lexical information about any text you may paste in it. Dupe Free Pro is of course widely known. What are some other tools, that can help a client or a writer or copywriter in his/her work? As a writer myself, I would be interested to know what editor do you use. I use the Windows Word 2007.
Final Draft if you're scriptwriting, Word for any other kind of writing, Copyscape, and a laptop with decent Internet connectivity are my must-have tools. Peace, Stephanie
I know that it can't be stopped, regardless. And of the ones who do copy and paste articles are usually the ones with dead sites, and they won't do much of anything with the site anyway, so I don't give any of it a second thought. What I think is pretty funny, though...of the ones who say their articles were "stolen," they were complete crap. ... As if they were written by an eight-year-old. I don't know which is funnier, the ones who steal shit and think it is good, or the ones who write it and they think it is good. lmao God love 'em (the idiots)!
Tools I use: 1. An on-going list of websites I find useful; 2. An on-going list of words/phrases that make my copy sparkle and sell; 3. Forums such as this where I can ask and answer questions of fellow copywriters. That's enough for now. Dot
