    All I can say is that you need a good logo. You may redesign the existing logo of you wish.

    I find the top of the website to loud and in your face. I think I'd prefer something a little more toned down. Smaller type. The site has you looking at the top of the page rather than looking at the content in the middle of the page.

    good one but try to reduce loading time.You can compress your javascript files to do that.
