Hi all, I am working on 2 sites for a company covers multiple regions of the country. I want to gain good ranking on localized key phrases and at the same time try not make some 5000+ page site that just makes navigation hell. Here is the situation; Website A The website sells a few products (lets say about 5is). the site might cover up to 150 regions Each region needs to be covered for keyphrases (i.e "New England Telephone Service" --fictional term for example). Each region has towns under it that need to be covered for keyphrases (i.e "Portsmouth telephone service") all regions/area sell same products and pricing. Website B Much larger site. Sells multiple products in all 50 states. Still want to cover in the same way as site A, BUT each region may sell a different products, so makes the site much more complex. But you could do a search/navigation via product. My challenge is how do I do these sites without having duplicate content, huge navigation, and rewriting every product page. Plus the site still needs to be usability/architecture friendly. Any suggestions on how to tackle this problem?
