Just a knee-jerk response to seeing the topic, "What are your thoughts on Islam" Do you know that all three religions are based on the exact same Bible? Yes, the very same scriptures are the base for Islam and Christianity. Funny, isn't it?
Why is it funny? There is an explanation for this. We, as Muslims, believe that all three religions teach the same message but the previous two got corrupted *just look at the bible* and that is why Islam is the last one. The Quran has not been corrupted and never will. That's a promise from God.
If you know anything about the bible my friend , your research will take u to know that there is an original copy of the bible as it was ratified in 393 ad. Just because a book claims to be a bible doesnt mean its the original bible, but for u to say the bible has been corrupted is a historical innacuracy and plain wrong.
The basic reading for Jews is Old Testament of the Bible. The basic reading for Christians is a Gospel. The basic reading for Muslims is Quran, if I'm right. Many, many people were killed, starting with Jesus, because some people are so passionate to start discussion from wrong reason and just want to put someone down. Let's say if the original bible has been found, then why not put it into circulation and remove all these versions floating around... That's a sincere question.
