    Lol, couldn't agree more, especially with point 9 (shortlived techniques), so many people put effort into something they know will work only for a short time (until Google gets to them) instead of doing it right from the beginning. As for tools, I like Market Samurai, SY

    GSA is the best! Ultimate Demon is also a good SEO tool, but ALWAYS work WITHOUT breaking the rules! ;)
