Goal as money value don't have, I prefer aiming for growth, no matter how small the growth. I have (in my mind) a mission and a vision statement.
I agree with infonote. The goals should be specific and measurable, but the important thing is that the business is growing. One has to be able to effectively execute in order to reach any goal.
I am trying to earn $75 a day as well. But, for some reason I am at $5 a day. I am continuing to try new things to better my CTR. But I have to sites under my belt and there not huge money makers Just need to find something that works.

My goals usually range from site to site, but I do enjoy seeing constant growth. Be it in sales or traffic or whatever, that's what I like to see if I have a healthy site.
My goal is to be able to grow, like many others have said. I will get there by just offering good prices and marketing well.
I usually concentrate in the short term goals, i mean i would like to make a living from my sites but that's hard, for now my goal is to create a good ammount of content for my forum before the next year, that will hopefully help getting new members and increasing revenue, which will be re inverted. I'm far from my final goal, which is living from my sites .
My goals in business are pretty simple. I want to continuously generate a growth in both profit and website activity. I want to create a flexible workload that'll keep me busy, yet give me time to spend with the family, develop a personal reputable and solid reputation towards clients and develop a portfolio of outstanding achievements and accomplishments that I can later look back on.
My goals are two fold: 1.) Of course everyone here wants to make something off of the hard work they put into their web sites. My current financial goal is $100 per day. I know this seems to be the goal everyone wants to reach, but this amount would be enough to supplement my current income (I am self-employed, so that means I would have more time to dedicate to my online ventures.) 2.) My new web site is a review web site about spyware products (I own a computer repair shop and do lots of virus and spyware removal) so I am looking at learning more about anti-spyware products. So my second goal is to improve my knowledge of anti-spyware products so that I can help my customers stay spyware free.
I set new growth goal every month, and I work as hard as necessary to achieve them. Very little is out of reach if you work hard (and smart) at it.
I just care about growing because when you get $1 its 50% easier to get $2 and so on... I started with NOTHING, i didn't even spent on domains(i got my domains by posting on forums and stuff), 6 months ago, now i'm getting more than 5 bucks a day and growing, when i look at myself on the mirror i see that i'm more good than i expected, thats good enoght for me! Get 1k uniques from SE without spending cash/blackhat isn't for anyone And yea, i got a goal of living from my websites, i don't care if it's 50 bucks a day or 5000, i just wanna keep waking up everyday and see me on the mirror and think that im good and im doing what i like!
