    I just invested in the Lifestyle theme, which can be purchased at StudioPress.com. (I can't post live links yet. :()

    All of the SP themes can be used again and again (even for commercial purposes) and are fully customizable. Their support forum is WONDERFUL!

    i like wp remix (i know costly) but for some one with out knowledge or little knowledge with php and css like me, is good theme ....
    and i use classipress too for my classifieds site :)
    The reason i pay, cause i need their support :)

    There are a ton of them out there, so many developers are not good marketers so they are hard to find. I've looked at 1,000's.

    Brian Gardners stuff is good looking but kind of awkward to set up at times and they are not well suited to contextual advertising.

    http://deluxethemes.com/ has some nice free stuff.

    StudioPress and WooThemes are the top themes out there today. ClassiPress is a WordPress classified ads theme which allows you to sell classified ads on your site. There are so many other themes it's really hard to keep up.
