There are so many things which are required to increase a traffic. Blog commenting, forum posting, article submission, social networking, social bookmarking helps you to increase a traffic. Besides that on page SEO help to increase the PR of site.

 

These are the best that have worked for me Forums, Bookmarking, SEO, Articles, and finding other sites and ways that not everyone in there grandma is doing to drive traffic like twitter, myspace, and facebook. Those 3 are a waste of time. On my to do list is email marketing I am going to give that a go and learn how to build my list.

for me press release survives me well than anything and if you are going for paid press release submission then it is awesome
