    Hello

We wish to get feedback on our two sites

    http://www.swapshop.co.nz

We orginally had 48,200 crawls in google but after site maps we now have 513 so I really need to get some feedback on issues we may be over looking. We have basically been pulling our hair out and are at the end of the road.

Swapshop has 3000-5000 hits a day 70% are SEs but google seems to be getting less and less. We need to see why or what we have done wrong so any feedback would be great.

Second site is doing great but again google seems to be going backwards
    http://www.nzdatezone.com

Again I need to have good strong advice. Do not be worried about insulting us as I need this advice.

    Swapshop is 3+ years old
    Nzdatezone is 2+ years old

Both sites use Google Site Maps via XML Google Site maps we have th purchased version
    Again thanks in advance....

    At this stage totally free.

We run Ad sense to cover the cost as the site has grown

I think this is what you mean?

Yes, I was just wondering how you monetized your site.

    Was there a reason?

We get a good amount of traffic and adding adsense was a good option.

We have some stiff competition in our area so being free is the best way to go.

    Is this a issue?
