    I've found a similar site in Google querying for comment text from the site you supplied, saying:
    Powered by LBS Version 2.0.304.
    May be it is it, I cannot understand Chinese.

    Hum, it seems like a blog thing.. similar to wordpress.. seems to be very popular in China. However the source site is under construction. Anyway.. Thanks for the input. = )
