I have a good amount of freelancers that I represent that are looking for easy jobs that payout. The most obvious example of this would be forum posting. Are there any other ways similar to forum posting, such as filling out surveys, to make money? Thank you

Yes i did notice that there a rise for the freelance job seeker during the bad economic times. Other than that, you can do some movie upload/content writing/PTC/designing/coding/link building
like mentos said there are various fiels of freelancing. just check the bst section for jobs you could to. don't go for survey sites because most of them are scam
I will not be doing these, I have too many projects to waste time making measly money through these types of freelancing. However, I am starting to manage many various freelancers and I am attempting to find various jobs that I can outsource to them.
Avoid get rich types of schemes. Look into affiliate marketing or starting your own business online. If you have a special ability, start offering the service across forums/to businesses.
I agree with TaylorH. There is no easy way to make lots of cash quickly (unless you win the lotto). Lots of hard work and persistence is the key. Good luck!
It seem's that nobody here has any sort of common sense. Once again, I am not looking for help or advice on how to make money, I already know how to do that. Rather, I am looking for various ways that I can hire out my freelancers, when most of them do not have specific skills (designing/coding, etc).
