I just registered on Moneybookers a couple of weeks ago..... I should withdraw money from my account very soon! but i was curious what are the fees for SWIFT processing to my bank account. It says 1.8euros. I live in Egypt..... Will it only cost 1.8 euros to transfer my money from moneybookers to my bank account as stated?!?! or are there any hidden charges??? i only want to transfer 100euros... so will it reach 98.2euros in this case?? I would be glad if someone answered me, it will be a lot of help 4 me.. thxx
I think No hidden charges. A flat 1.8 Euros have been charged on my account. I have withdraw couple of times now and still the charges is the same.
while were on the subject. can anyone tell me if you have to submit your picture and a proof of address before you withdrawl money? i got a email saying that i needed to send them ID and proof of address which is alittle intense, even paypal doesnt do that shit. I requested a withdrawl about 3 days ago so am i reciving this email because of that and do i have to do it to recieve my money? i dont want anything to do with moneybookers i just used to accept another form of payment for a website sale. If anyone can answer this for me ill be grateful, i don't wanna have to send them that crap if i don't have to.
They don't ask you to submit pics or something but they will email you a letter to verify your address. Just click on the link where you can verify your address. They will not ask you to pay for that. Question did you verify your address already?
i haven't verifed my address because i signed up about 2 days ago, i told them to send me a letter but that takes like 5-6 days they said.
Well i know it costs 1.8Euros to transfer to my bank account..... My actual question is when for example transfer 10 dollars.... will i receive 8.2$?? or are there more bank charges??? Someone told me before than sometimes bank transfer fees reach 30$.... i really want to know since ill be withdrawing daily small amounts of money (20-30euros) and i cant afford to pay 30$ banking fees.. Pleaaaaaase someone help.... NB: I live in Egypt
I don't know if this has changed but there were times when moneybookers didn't allow the first payment to exceed $15 or so. The purpose of this payment was to send you a special code that you need to type in order to confirm your bank account. This was in relation wtih money laundering. I am not sure if it is still valid but you'd better check because if you need the money soon, it might be an unpleasant surprise to discover that you can't get it at once.
I seriously hate moneybookers now. I swear they ask you for everything about you cept your Social security number. They want me to send them 2 proofs of ID to europe from american......... ok sure if you want to pay the freaking 30$ charge and add another 100$ for fast dilvery so i can send my god damn money. DIE MONEY BOOKERS
I thought Moneybookers were one of the cheapest once you have account. So what are the worldwide alternates Killafawk? Neteller have big problems I read.
I have a very good experience with moneybookers. I withdraw funds 2 times and it recieved safely to my bank account in less fees then what paypal charges ($5 via cheque unless you are a US citizen, bank transfer is free for them).
once you have your account then yes. they basically want to know everything about your life before you can do anything with your account. and yes netteller wont be working anymore, there owners were arrested by FBI and there closing down.
btw i like your rep comment.. "DIE F#$%#. Don't tell a company to die." looks like you rep'd your self into the red, lmao. Self ownage?
