    1. Buy a Custom Domain
    2. Post atleast twice a day i.e., 2 X 30 = 60 posts in a month.
    3. Have a unique design (self coded).

    1. For me, I prefer to develop my own web software if I have a domain name (if God's willing).
    2. I'm now focus on making freelance services.
    3. Please be specific about the design such as the background color of the widget's title.

The main question here is I want to know the top and best web awarding sites.

I will be honest with you: there are so many websites out there offering this award and that award that I do not think that any of them have had any credibility for years. Any website or blog can get an award for something and I am sure that some of them create their own separate award sites to give themselves one. In fact, I will go so far to say that any website that promotes an award that it has won immediately comes under suspicion from me as to why they think that this is important and hwo they won it.

My suggestion is to focus your efforts on winning "awards" (i.e., money) from your customer or prospect base. That is the true measure of success in the business world.

That's why I'm looking for the top web award sites which are reliable to others.

That's a nice message.. On my point, if I win an award from a real web award site, offering a service to post a new blog with a links to the client's URL will become effective if they see the award (if any) that's linked on the sidebar of the blog.

My point is that all of the website awards sites are "tarnished" in my mind by the same phenomenon. There are so many awards sites with similar sounding names and awards for the same things that I do not believe that any of them are worth the effort required to win...even the legitimate "big name" ones. Time would be better spent on other promotional activities. But this is just my opinion and I suspect that some businesses may have profited from awards. They don't resonate with me, of course.

Maybe the links from a web award-winning blog, for you is the just the same as the links from a weblog without award, but not to others.

How about a blogosphere ratings such as Technorati's Top 100 Info Tech? http://technorati.com/blogs/directory/technology/infotech/
