What are the top or best article sites to submit to ?

    What are the top 10 or so article sites, or what are the ones that a person should submit articles to ?

    I am currently submitting to: Isnare (using their submission service also), Buzzle, Associated Content and Ezinearticles

    What makes an article site great or worth submitting to ?

    I've been using Associated Content for about two months and I'm happy with it so far.
    The main thing for me is learning how to promote my content so I make some money on the backend.

    I would add goarticles.com to the list of article directories to submit to.

    I think the best is ezinearticles.com and isnare.com. They are giving good traffic when compared to others...
