We're a Domain Name Hosting option outside the US. We're UK based, ICANN accredited and part of the largest privately owned hosting group in Europe. The link is in my user profile. If you're talking about TLDs to register, there's loads of them! I'd probably start with these: .CO.UK .EU .ASIA .DE That covers a lot of the globe in terms of being a recognised TLD. I'm not sure on the rules on self promotion here, but as this post is completely relevant to your question I'm hoping that justifies it.
We're looking to keep our site as a .com just have everything listed outside of the U.S. for business reasons, is this something you can do?
