    Nordic Skiing is widely regarded to be the most physically demanding sport. I think you probably don't need a 2, 3, 4 or 5 after a couple of hours of doing that.

    I honestly cant say football is all that physical, because of all the repeated breaks you make which can be a few moments to a couple of minutes between plays/if calls are made, and the timeouts.

    Wrestling-one of the most full body intensive workouts you will ever have. In seconds you can be ready to puke, literally, if you aren't conditioned for it.
    Waterpolo-constant intense exercise with no breaks due to treading water
    Rugby-an hour+of nonstop sprinting and tackling (for the pack) and jogging to sprinting for the line
    Martial Arts-constant leg to full body motions, with constant flurries of 100% effort motions, not to mention the pain! (not really thinking boxing here, it only uses the arms beyond moving around)
    Gymnastics-requires physical fitness and intensity that is just beyond comprehension
