Everyone has their own criteria on what a makes the best paid directories. I start with this value directory list that ranks directories based on their PR, Alexa Traffic, and price. Then I try to determine if their traffic is from webmasters or from search engines or a niche community. The niche directories with a good Alexa rating will get you a little traffic and also carry good link juice in your niche. The higher rated general directories also provide a good source of link juice.
Thats not quality paid directories... thats a free for all wall of dead directories FREE and reciprocal. Need to read the persons post as he was specific in what he looked for. laterz malcolm
