Hi! Could anybody say me what i need to do for a free website creation by myself and what are the coding or application i should be learned, the website wont be very critical a simple site with good look. Pls send the links or ebook regarding the coding or applications through PM.

You need to learn HTML & CSS. As mentioned above GIMP is quite good for design and image manipulation. I prefer notepad++ for coding but everyone has there favorite when it comes to text editors. www.w3schools.com is a good place to begin learning to code.
Some code editors have an FTP feature (PSPad does!), so you can work 'live' on documents on the server. Unless you want to use your hosts' web interface for file management, then you'll need an FTP application to upload your images, zips, whatever...
