Thanks for all the updates. Because of the pagerank update, we're doing a complete update to the list, which should be ready by Monday.

Also, there does seem to be a problem with getting the SEOMoz tool collecting some of the data, which is why updating the list is taking a bit longer than expected.

Well, again i never lie and those 4 links were added by me only but there were being linked to original articles and not to the homepage, if page stregth takes ever page's ranking into account, then how can it add the internal pages backlinks too?

 

This is the reason I do not put to much on Page Strength. I think the tool is great, but it is very easy to manipulate.

You are a spammer. PERIOD.

Nobody is crying over your garbage. People (like myself) are more interested in the integrity of the tool, because we like it. And by noting such garbage, it will in fact enable Jeff to better the tool through process of elimination and refinement based on the crap as posted above.

He can do as he pleases. Nobody is asking for a removal.
Betterment is what is being asked.

PageStrength is determined on certain criteria. You'd have to be a complete moron to not understand that spammed links into wiki will have no effect.

SPAM tends to have that effect on things. It's a problem even gaygle has a hard time with, so I guess you're safe for now. But as far as a centralized tool goes, it can be refined.

It's unsure to say, as the latest pr update was skewed and nobody knows what's going on with it. I have scattered PR throughout dump, with one main top level cat being a PR5. AND I didn't have to spam wikipedia to gain it, unlike your spamming self. I have sites that went form pr0=>pr5, pr2=>4, pr0=>pr4
so what was the point of your question again? yea, thought so. go spam the internet and try to con others into something that is FAR FROM quality.

Well amit, no one likes people commenting on thier sites.

Now the point raised by Anon was that, he calls GII spam due to few links from wikipedia. Why is wikipedia publicly editable ? Just so that we could build a good useful resource bank. It too has a external links section in each article which is publicly editable so that if anyone finds a useful resource, he could submit the link there. If amit's directory provides a useful resource, then whats wrong in adding the link to wikipedia. I dont think thats spam.

What else have you got to prove that GII is spam ? nothing now
