    Every one wants traffic? Incoming traffic is very difficult to get especially for small sites. Please share your sources of incoming traffic beside search engines like Google and Yahoo. 80% of my traffic from google and Yahoo.

    I get tons of direct visitors (either they have my site as a homepage or they have it bookmarked I'd guess). About 10% from SEs and just under 20% from other sites' links.

    First site: 10% SE, 50% Direct, 40% Mix of other sites.
    Second site: 60% SE, 30% Direct, 10% Mix of other sites.

    I don't think this is about how good an SEO you are, but how sticky the content is. If a site is sticky, people will bookmark it and come back. For me it is about 60% recurring visitors. roughly 30% google, 5% stumbleupon.

    Still, I'm surprised at how low the SE numbers are so far.
