    It depend on you. Well sitemap.xml and robots.txt are necessary for every website.

    You do not need to include all these things. robots.txt, sitemap.xml or sitemap.html are most important.

    You only need a sitemap.xml and robots.txt for Google webmaster tools proper crawling.
    Google only used XML sitemaps created properly with your site links, last modified, change frequency and priority (between 0 to 1).

    XML sitemaps, image sitemap (if you have that), video sitemap (if you have that) and HTML sitemap are the most importtant in my opinion

    If you want to create image/video sitemaps, make sure you configure the tool you use for that (e.g. use a "video" preset in scan options or similar)

    If your site is made of responsive theme then the sitemap-mobile.xml is not required because google will automaticaly fetch it, otherwise you have to mention the mobile optimised site urls in your sitemap-mobile.xml. Here is a instructions regarding mobile sitemap https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/34648?hl=en.

    urllist.txt is no more needed as all the 3 search engines currently consider sitemap.xml

    sitemaps.ror currently has no use becoz most of the search engines doesnt prefer this format.

    According to me : sitemap.xml, robots.txt, sitemap-image.xml(if you often use image in your website) it is necessary.
