Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. After reviewing your
application, our specialists have found that it does not meet our
program criteria. Therefore, we are unable to accept you into our
    program.

Can someone tell me what are the requirements for Google AdSense and what's the best replacement?

Well a blog or a website with 25-30 unique content pages that doesn't brake their policies is ready to be accepted. Just update your blog with some more content and reply again. Read their official answer Does my site qualify for adsense?

    I hope that helps.

The link is in my signature :). Many years ago I applied for AdSense and I got accepted. I had a .co.sr website with few pages. It was a stupid programming contests website. They have closed down my account due to invalid clicks (how could I know I wasn't allowed to click on my ad back then).

After some years I tried to get back with AdSense but unfortuantly I failed. My website got rejected. Then this one time I applied with a blog on blogspot and I got rejected again but it's true I only had two posts and the blog was like a day old.

After a year or so I'm trying to get AdSense running again and no luck. I have more than 30posts and about 200 uv daily, my alexa is nice but I have a PR 0. Could that be the problem?

Is the content unique? Other than that, I am not really sure why it was rejected.

This could be the reason if you are using any of the same information as before. Google bans for life and does not allow new accounts. Often times people are able to get new accounts only to get banned before pay out.

The only other problem I see could be the language you use on the blog. They may not like your choice of wording for a blog title.

Language wouldn't be a problem. I do the odd eff or blind and google accepted me

    It'll be invalid clicks.

Like everyone has said, quality content helps a lot. I would wait until your site has at least 25 pages and each has at least decent content (not just a picture or a list of links). Also stay away from topics that are too personal, such as a website that is only about your pet dog. Google often rejects sites it considers "personal homepages." Of course, they also paid hundreds of millions of dollars to advertise on MySpace, so who knows what they want.

That invalid clicks thing was years ago when I first heard of AdSense and now we're 2007 and this is not the same website as back then. I understand if my site is not of appropriate quality but I've seen blogs ranking lower than mine and still running adsense so is it possible that Google's mad at me?

I don't want to run blogger because I like having things my way.

If they've banned why do I have an option of registration at google/adsense? And if they have my personal data stored somewhere, is it possible to register under my sisters or fathers name? It will still be the same surname and the same domain.

I mean, this is confusing. If they only explained why.
