    The qualification and contents of the site matter vary much in considering a good site. Any lacking of these two items a site is not taken granted. Also if the terms and conditions are violated the authority has the right to take actions according to their law.

    Google tracks the sites that you are seeing through the Chrome browser logged with your gmail account and equates that you do nothing else online other than trying to feed their system with poor quality content.

    It is nothing personal on their side, just google.
