i have a question. some of 3 letter, number and char domain are very valuble. some say it depends on letters. but what are they. how to place them?
Each combination has to be evaluated on its own. acronymfinder.com can help find other meanings for the domain name, based off those you can often gauge how common the abbriviation is and if any of the uses are commercial. Generally the bad letters are zxvjqwy are about the worst of the bunch in general, but as always they work sometimes.
The 3 character price guide splits them as follows.. Premium letters A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, L, M, N, O, P, R, S, T Lesser high quality letters J, K, U, V, W. Lower quality letters Q, X, Y, Z. And for numbers Premium numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9 Lesser high quality numbers 4 and 6. Lower quality numbers 0 http://3character.com/priceguide.html
LOL, That makes me laugh, like one number is less valuable than another. Especially with 0 being the lowest number, I guess all the domains based on 1800 would be useless then. At least the letters make some sense as the list seems to be based on the frequency of letters being used in the English language.
