What are the precautions I need to take before using ImpEx Import System for vB?

    Hi,

    I want to transfer my posts and members from one forum to another. Both are using vBulletin but the first one is expiring soon. So, I want to transfer all posts and member to the other forum. I never used ImpEx Import System before and want to know what is safe way to do this. I mean, will I have duplicate contents, how can I completetly get rid of posts and members from the firts forum and transfer into completely into other? Any other thing I need to keep in mind?

    Do any pruning before the merge. And save backups of both forums before you start as well.
