    did not really understand the question but in general working in the seo companies it is not a big deal the salloreys are not that good.
    you can make way more money as working for you.

    Useless work = pennies ..

    You are not a SEO if you do dir sub or just build links without getting results that's data entry and any monkey can do it ..

    Possibilities you can start your own seo company with less capital. in some other country SEO is devide into 2. Link Builder and SEO(On Page, KW researcher, blah blah.) but in some SEO to SEM to Ecommerce to Webmaster
